Safaricom Investment Co-operative has launched its 158th project in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County in a move to expand its footprints across the country.
Dubbed ‘Adelaide Creek’, the 30-acre land project consists of quarter-acre plots that are competitively priced at KES. 2.5 million with amenities such as graded murram roads, a chain-link fence, and readily available electricity and water connections.
Safaricom Investment Co-operative which has successfully delivered land projects across 14 counties as well as housing projects in Nairobi, Kiambu, and Machakos counties is building on its track record to deliver quality projects to investors.

Eldoret is one of the fast-growing towns in Kenya at a rate of about 5.1 percent to 5.2 per annum in comparison to the national average of about 3.7 percent. In 2023, Eldoret Municipality was conferred its status as Kenya’s fifth city after reaching the investment attraction phase in its historic journey. The city is the gateway to the northern transit corridor and the East Africa Community.
Present at the event was Kesses Member of Parliament Hon. Julius Ritto who applauded Safaricom Investment Co-operative for choosing Eldoret as one of their investment locations, noting that they had the launch was very timely.
