Lions Club Of Nairobi Trailblazers Launched To Increase Service Delivery

Lions Clubs International District 411A has launched, Lions Club of Nairobi Trailblazers in a strategic move to increase services in the country. The club now the 66th in district 411A comprises of Kenya, Ethiopia and Seychelles with a strong membership of 1805 members.

While launching the new club at Lions Eyesight hospital in Nairobi, District Governor Lion Dr Moez Manji, said the initiative redefines the concept of service by uniting corporate organizations and local communities in meaningful and collaborative manner for a better world for the less fortunate members of our society.

Dr. Manji said the initiative will bring together corporate leaders, professionals, and community members under a shared vision: to create sustainable and impactful change by leveraging corporate expertise and resources while addressing the needs of local communities.

The Charter Club President Lion Nandakishore Nair said they aim to go beyond traditional corporate social programs and create a model where businesses actively engage with the community to drive measurable progress.

“Let’s roar for a better world through targeted programs in areas such as education, health, environmental sustainability, and economic empowerment by building lasting partnerships and foster a spirit of unity.” Nair explained.

The District Governor called on businesses and professionals to join hands with Lions international in creating a brighter and more inclusive future for generations.

The charter event took place at the Lions Service Centre Loresho, Nairobi, which was attended by Chairman of the Kerala Association of Kenya, and various district leaders and past governors marking the beginning of an innovative era in service and community impact.
