The month of love is here and people are up and down to try to get the person they love something. Many retailers are striving to catch the attention of lovebirds through discounts on various products and services. As it is the norm, love is in the air already.
To help their customers order gifts this Valentines’ season, Jumia Kenya is giving a 30 percent discount on purchases. The discount will however apply for every purchase of two identical items.
The campaign dubbed, 2for2 Sales is aimed at incentivizing shoppers to buy gifts for their loved ones during the month of February.
“We are all about delighting our consumers and that is why the 2for2 Sales campaign for February will go a long way in putting smiles on our loved ones. We urge you to log on to Jumia every morning between 9 AM – 10 AM and shop for any two identical products to qualify for the amazing discount and free delivery on offer”. said Jumia Kenya CEO, Betty Mwangi.
The campaign runs from the 2nd – 16th February on Jumia for one-time use. The company will offer also offer other amazing deals Monday – Friday this February. The offer comes a few weeks after Jumia Kenya, through Jumia Food rolled out free delivery for food ordered every Monday.
Jumia Food is currently doing free deliveries every Monday. The company said this will help “brighten the week of their customers” and support more restaurants.
Jumia Foods said the new development ensures that staff and consumers continue to stay safe through Food contact-less deliveries which are now available for consumers who may opt for it.
The move will also encourage social distancing by enabling consumers to buy online and eliminate physical contact and potentially reduce person-to-person infection.
