Superior Homes Kenya has expanded its footprint, launching its first project in Ruiru, Kiambu County. This follows the success of the 163-acre Greenpark Estate and the launch of the 172-acre master-planned development Lukenya Plains.
Dubbed ‘Kanzi Springs’, the 60-acre land project, part of a larger 300-acre masterplan, consists of a quarter-acre fully serviced plots priced from KES. 7.98 million and is strategically located within social amenities. The project also hosts amenities such as a security barrier gate, solar street lighting, electricity and water supply, cabro roads and pavements, controlled house designs, internet provision, 24-hour security with regular patrols, and open spaces and gardens to enjoy the outdoors.
During the launch event, Superior Homes Kenya Chief Executive Officer Shiv Arora said that Kanzi Springs serves Kenyans looking to invest in a modern, secure, and controlled community close to Nairobi City.
“Our focus has always been on ensuring that our projects encompass security, privacy, and proximity to essential amenities. Kanzi Springs features executive amenities that foster a vibrant community where residents can socialize and enjoy the estate’s offerings, making it a perfect fit for those seeking a high-quality lifestyle away from the urban lifestyle,” said Superior Homes Kenya CEO Shiv Arora.
Kiambu County has in the last decade seen the most intense development in infrastructure, which put the county into a bracket of investment that was in a league of its own. Kanzi Springs is located 12 kilometers off the Thika Superhighway from the Kimbo area, with access from Ruiru town via Kiganjo Road.
“We have been keen on expanding our product offering to different counties across Kenya with our flagship master-planned gated community, Greenpark Estate in Athi River, Machakos County being a testament to our mastery in our craft. Kanzi Springs is our inaugural project in Kiambu County and we are currently working to unveil more projects in the county, ” said Superior Homes Managing Director Ian Henderson.
Kiambu County is home to some of the fastest-growing satellite towns in the Nairobi metropolis. The county also attracts investors due its key infrastructural projects and connectivity. Given its proximity to Nairobi, Kiambu County has a good road network which is key in attracting investors and potential homeowners.
